He is crippled at the end of First Class, but he is walking when he and Magneto meet Jean for the first time during flashbacks in the original Trilogy.

So I'm guessing he can walk when its convenient for the script writers

Berry is credited on IMDB, so she will appear in the "future" scenes most likely

She also is supposed to have a really small role in it due to being pregnant during filming I believe. So she probably just has a quick appearance somewhere just to have her show up.

Bryan Singer is an awful film-maker, sadly this film is going to have some great trailers but ultimately end up being a very poor or mediocre film.

You can't replace a quality director like Matthew Vaughan to him, big loss!
