Love this show so much.
Love this show so much.
Lupin 3 is out but only [Bison] subs, are they good? I used [sage] for first two.
I seem to have Lupin from Commie. I know Commie is pretty hit or miss but anyone know if they suck for this show or not? Haven't started watching it yet.

For Lupin, it looks like Bison are just raws for it rather than actual subs. You might as well just wait for sage since they're good subs and often the first ones out for Lupin. If not, then I guess Commie works, too.
I've been loving Jorm, too. It's got the right amount of action, comedy, and adventure to make me love it, not to mention I love the idea of the story following an arms dealer around as she does whatever. FWIW, I'm blogging it this season and finished a post yesterday on it: http://avvesione.wordpress.com/2012/04/17/jormungand-2/
And for all the other Spring Anime I'm watching, here are random thoughts on those, too: http://avvesione.wordpress.com/2012/...-anime-review/ I will say I'm loving Lupin, Space Bros, Tsuritama, and Apollon so far and still enjoying Mouretsu Pirates. I always seem to forget about Zetman but that's been pretty great, too, though I never hear people talk about it like the rest.
Zombie 3 is pretty fucking hilarious, I was already rolling even before the OP
You watch raws or is it subbed?
Disney's Motorcity Ep1(from the creator of Megas XLR)
The first episode(HD/SD) is up at Itunes for free.
Goddamn I love this art style so much. So gorgeous. The variety of vibrant colors, the detailed backgrounds, etc. The character designs themselves aren't as impressive but they fit in really well with the rest of the world. It's wacky, dynamic, and pretty slapstick, but it moves at a breakneck speed, and coupled with the extremely colorful visuals and excellent music accompaniment, the show basically had me grinning for the entire episode. It's very upbeat, carefree, and hits the mood tones just right. they're a lot of influence from Anime movie REDLINE.
Akibaranger Ep2
I love the show sense of humor and taking a stab at the Otaku fanbase.

Yeah I think Bison are raw as well. I have to admit this Lupin is a helluva lot more racy and mature than I remembered. The adult swim Lupin III felt way more childish and immature. I'm not one to complain, I'm just shocked they aren't censoring the hell out of Fujiko with white circles and fog.
I guess I'm solo on the "Terribly unimpressed and this is depressing" opinion of this season's anime then?
I haven't watched anything aside from Fate/Zero. Just can't say the premise of a lot of things listed drew me, and in general, my own tastes vary a bit (or a lot) with some of the regular critics. I don't know if (or why) Kaylia is still banned, but kind of nice not having them coming in whining about fan service every other post. Still sad Bleach seems done, which will no doubt invite the delight of those I hinted disagreement with.
I'm with you on that last point lol. Haters wanna hate, but I looked forward to non-filler episodes right up to the end (Which I wasn't aware of until I did some research after a few hints). The manga isn't nearly as satisfying as the show, but perhaps that's due to the way I treated them. Manga is a quick "on-the-fly" read. With the anime, I could sit down and have my lunch (Or dinner) and watch the show. Not to mention it's stuff like the falling blossoms at the end of the Tsukishima(?) v Byakuya fight or the flash steps that were entertaining.
This season has Kimi to Boku S2, so it's automatically awesome for me. Other than that, though, yeah.. not too great. Sankarea and Tasogare are good too, but I'm up-to-date with the manga, so I'm not as excited for those.
Zombie S2 03
Man I love this show
I'm loving this season so far. My only downside is that the last couple seasons had shows spread out, where as this season I get the bulk of my shows on Thursday night, so that's a bummer.
Kimi to Boku 2 on Mondays. Thursdays have Sket Dance, Naruto (when fillers stop), Sakamichi, Tsuritama, Lupin, Eureka Seven AO and Sankarea. And than on Saturdays you got One Piece, Hunter x Hunter remake (which, having never seen the original or read the manga, I'm quite enjoying), Space Bros, Kuroko no Basket and then Gundam Age on Sunday. Besides the Jump shows and Gundam, everything else is from this season. And based on the opinions I'm reading, I need to check out Jormungand as well.
Lupin III, episode 3. "Did I just get a real girlfriend?" blew me away, lol.
Edit: New episode of E7:AO, only 2 into the season and already I have this feeling that I'm going to really enjoy this show like I did the first. Love the music and the characters thus far, despite still knowing barely anything about what's going on
