I'm really only following Sakamichi, Sankarea, and FZ. I mean I'm watching other stuff, but I never really have anything to say about dusk maiden of nyaroko. Shit just kinda happens.

Still enjoying Saki Achiga-hen. These group of girls are just as enjoyable as the original. Maybe they'll actually make the finals and by that time I don't know who I'm going to root for :O
please forgive me walloftext below
I've been watching way too many shows this season; Accel World, Acchi Kocchi, Erueka Seven AO, Fate/Zero S2, Haiyore! nyaruko,Hirro no Kakera(kinda behind on that one), Is this a zombie S2, Jormungand, Lupin the III, Medaka box, Nazo no Kanojo X, Sakamichi No Apollon(personal fav besides f/z),Sankarea, Tasogare Otome X and Upotte(lol i know). Getting overloaded on my zombie quota for this season but that is fine with me. Loving the art and the feel in general in Lupin and Apollon, Acchi kocchi is giving me good laughs along with some moe moments lol.So far the Op for Accel world is one of my fav this season and with how the new Erueka seven is doing their Op to kinda look like the first series is such a nostalgic feeling to it. Fate has so far lived up to everything I wanted it to be and more with this season.
Hyouka 05
KyoAni's animation continues to deliver. So beautiful. Chibi Chitanda is so cute.
I'm finding that Hyouka and Tasogare Otome are really disappointing me. Hyouka has been boring as shit from the start but this whole contrived 'mystery' thing is the lamest thing ever. Come on KyoAni, where are the usual hijinks? I dunno I just think they picked some light novels that are either shitty or don't fit KyoAni's style at all. Harem VNs and/or cracked out bitches onry!
Tasogare Otome, however, had a great first couple episodes and it's been getting more and more boring and contrived from there. I find it very hard to believe (but not impossible, considering this sort of superstitious crap is more common in Japan) that half the girls in the school flip the fuck out over every ghost story they hear to the point where they will start physically injuring people over it. It's just dumb and stretching for anything it possibly can at this point, which is very disappointing as Yuuko has so much potential. Either they're saving all the backstory and mystery about her for later in the series or it's just going to be a bunch of random bullshit the entire time which would be really REALLY disappointing. Haven't seen ep 7 yet though and I heard that one has potential.
f/z and Sankarea good as usual, hiiro no kakera is decent (despite it being fushigi yuugi, w/e but I just found out while doing research for something else entirely that the Tamayori-hime is actually a thing so that was pretty cool). Nyaruko continues to be hilarious and fun.
Behind on just about everything else right now by like 2+ eps, Diablo III needs to stop pwning my life.
Work needs to stop owning my life. Any Animu recommendations for a fan of Ghost Hound and such?
Young Animators Training Project - Wasurenagumo
Came out a while ago, gg subbed it; just got around to watching it.
Go watch that shit, all I have to say.
I admit that Hyouka has been somewhat slow to kick off really but its normally these types of shows that tends to be really good, atleast for me anyway. With Tasogare and the superstitious fear that the group of students had in the last episode was silly and probably is unrealistic but lets be honest, the show is about a guy who can see and touch a ghost(possibly falling for her also) so cant be too realistic really.
Never heard about this but it sounds interesting. Are the others worth watching?
As for this season, not really been keeping up. Lupin, Sakamichi, Space Bros, Aquarion EVOL, Eureka 7 AO and F/Z have all been great.
Sankarea has been borderline interesting. The zombie stuff is cool, but everything else just seems like the usual shit. Natsuiro Kiseki I tried to watch, and I doubt the concept gets better as it progresses. Tasogare reminds me of Another, except funnier. I want to like it, but anime + anything remotely horror tends to be hilarious. Acchi Kocchi I didn't hate (it was cute) but ultimately it didn't draw me in at all. Zombies I've just forgotten about for the last 4-5 weeks lol. Haiyore! seems weird but I know nothing about the mythos so I'm just taking what I can see...yeah. Hyouka I haven't even started watching, so I should get on that.
Most of this shit I'll watch when it finishes so I can get a batch. Even though there are quite a few shows to watch, can't help feel disappointed this season.
Real Life has been intruding on my free time for the last week so I'm behind on my shows and just barely starting to get caught up.
Lupin 7 - The episode pretty tame by the standards this series has set so far. There we're no trippy acid sequences or really crazy shit going on, just a con job and Goemon being awesome. It actually made for a very refreshing episode since I didn't have to try and figure out what the acid trip sequence really meant or follow some wacky plot with a crazy twist. This was a nice breather episode to give the viewer a chance to relax since the typical insanity will probably return with a vengeance for the remaining episodes.
Eureka Seven AO 6 - That assessment is pretty spot on and there was a lot of shit blowing up. This was still an entertaining episode, and next episode looks like it should be quite interesting and give the plot a good kick in the ass.
This is no surprise, but Ao reminds me a lot of Renton personality wise. He's not as angsty, but that probably has more to do with the people around him not treating him like utter shit like Holland did with Renton.
Sakamichi no Apollon 6 - THIS SHOW!Spoiler: show
TL;DR People in this show act like real people, complex and sometimes capricious, and I love it.
Maigo Scans translates the manga if you cant be bothered to watch it but can at least read it since reading goes by faster. Less time investment etc. The art styles are almost exactly alike but the anime clearly shelled out for some beautiful scenery we couldn't see in black/white. Oh and this week's episode apparently had /A/ shitting bricks although it wasn't as much of a surprise to me. There's slightly more background info on said moment in the manga so it isn't nearly as much of a twist.
I might just do that. Reading manga at least allows you to go at your own pace without needing to listen to awkward pauses and such.
I started reading Zetman and holy shit, compared to the anime...
