That's fucking awesome on so many levels, F/Z keeps me thoroughly impressed in many ways.
That's fucking awesome on so many levels, F/Z keeps me thoroughly impressed in many ways.
I hear the one of the next episodes is coinciding with the day Alexander The Great died.
Spoiler that, also read spoiler in above post.
Lupin 09
Best episode so far, Lupin is trololololo
Aquarion EVOL 23
They just retconned the entire plot of Genesis. Fucking fantastic.
Tasogare: episode 10 = all of the gangrape?
Rinne no Lagrange Season 2 Ep 1(Pre-air)
Pretty solid. I thought that was a better concert episode than the big one they did at midseason. I pretty much got what I expected out of the show, I'm glad they're taking a measured pace with the series and not abandoning the character drama for straight action.
Fate/Zero Ep 23 Manly tears
Geez, that was just insane. This show is just...WOW.
This is why I watch anime. I don't know how to put my reaction to the spectacle I just witnessed into words, and even if I did, I doubt it would do it justice. I loved every single thing about this. It should go without saying but goddamn this show, and this episode in particular, is fucking gorgeous. The animation, the flashback sequences, the camera angles, the background details, and the music were great on all fronts; every goddamned thing about this fuckin episode was amazing.
If I have one complaint, it's that it's too awesome and Rider's death scene was absolutely fantastic.
Spoiler: show

I'm wondering what they're doing with the next 2 episodes of F/Z.
There's only two left, but they have to:
Spoiler: show
Is all of it going to fit? I hope they don't cut corners with animating the good stuff.
On a side note in Nyarlko mahiro and Nyarlko pulled a body switch.
Shortly after it becomes quite clear that Nyarlko was jacking off in Mahiro's body.
Spoiler: show
Fate zero 23
Im glad they didnt make gilgamesh a raging asshole like he was in stay night
Kuroko
SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD, might be my new fav. anime
Shit's about to go down
I figured Gilgamesh was a raging asshole in FSN because the grail corrupted him ever so slightly in the previous war. Gilgamesh is too proud of himself to consider such a thing possible and with any other servant it would have been an easily noticeable corruption.
Alexander the Great died on June 9 or June 10 in Babylon
Kirei recited Psalms 23 at the end of this episode, which was #23 in the series
Aquarion 24
Geez, the explanation for the curse is pretty lame D;
But she did it because she wanted to help the planet! ;P
One more day until what may very well be the best individual episode of an anime in a very long time
Fate/Zero Ep 24
Where do I begin? The absolutely amazing music, the gorgeous visuals with the great color palette, smooth animation, the great fight choreography, the rawness in the VAs, the awesome characters, and heartbreaking moments. I always feel like I have the same thing to say about this show, but I don't care lool, and of course next week is the final episode
PS Fuck you Studio Ufotable, why in hell aren't you animating Fate/Stay Night, and just teasing us with the episode preview.

F/Z 24
The butcher is here, and he's here to mess up your Kiritsugu vs Kirei.
I mean, it's a great fight by any other standard. Unfortunately everyone's expectations were much more than it delivered.
They didn't take as much time as the fight needed to explain how much damage Kiritsugu was taking from Time Alter. There was also a lot more internal monologue. And Emiya music.
yeah, the lack of Emiya theme disappoint me, and they nixed a lot of the actual happenings in the book, like when Lancelot actually stopped from delivering the killing blow on Saber because Kariya ran out of mana.
The way the episode portrayed it, it seem that Saber managed a desperate attack that killed him, rather than him just stopping in his track for her to deliver the killing blow.
