From Shouta on neogaf, this was before the Geomancer reveal.Monster bases will be done similar to Company battles. They have something called a Makyo Instance event as well. Explanation will be tomorrow.
New guilds unique to Adoulin are going to be in as well, with unique quests. Raise their levels to get new items, services, and even make the buildings better, it seems.

Looks like Geomancer buffs itself and gains an "aura" that grants effects to people within range? Seems to be what they're saying...

...or alternately, it can buff a player, but the buff sticks to the ground, and the sphere effect is around the point the player was originally at.
(Seemingly, I'm going by the visuals they're showing)

I can't understand a word, but based on what I'm seeing in the video, GEO looks to be a support type job like BRD and COR are.

It'll have B- in Elemental and it'll have some Dark magic as well.
