Look, like I said, I'm not saying I'm defending him, but at least be legitimate when you accuse someone of something. What he did is bad, wrong and very serious, however, he did not "beat down" his mother, from the article I read. It said he hit her in the face with a hat, ripped her bra/shirt and then got into a slap fight.

Love the generalizations... Most Cowboys fans know Dez is a bit of a moron but he is also very talented. Its the same with the Cowboys as it is with 31 of the other teams in the NFL; talent will trump (almost) everything. He, along with Dumervil, Lynch, and Peterson should, and probally will, start the season suspended for a few games. They will all 4 come back and be important parts of their teams.
