No, what the others did was far worse, especially Lynch who is a repeat offender. He was one of the recent NFL arrest though so his name was mentained. Would you be shocked if he got suspended a game or two to start the season? Love or hate Goodell dude is strict when it comes to misconduct.

Ebner only failed because of a leg injury though. Really hope he gets into the flow. He could be really fun to watch.
