Wallace doesnt deserve Fitzgerald money, but yall sure are talking him down a lot

He's good at what he does, but he's not on the same level as Fitz. He really needs other receivers and a running game to shine. Fitz would shine with me throwing him the ball...and he's damn near done that recently. I think Miller is a good TE, but he's old school and doesn't stretch the field like some of the newer "prototype" TE's. He blocks really well and has good awareness of Ben when he's doing his crazy shit, which is hard to replicate since it's just time with Ben and knowing him. We could use a big fast TE and a good slot receiver to replace Hines. Oh...and hope that one of our backup running backs shows up. Counting on your Wisc boy Archi.

It's just funny because "super fast guy that doesn't go over the middle with limited route tree" also describes Randy Moss in his prime. Not saying he is that good, just that having that type of player is still extremely valuable and opens things up for everyone else. Still understand not paying what he is asking, just think people are underrating him now.

That is the "if he ain't with us then fuck him" mentality. I like Wallace and what he's done for us, I just think he has himself so overvalued in his own head that it is going to bite him. Nobody is going to give him anywhere near what he thinks he's worth. I hope he comes to his senses and we can sign him for what he's worth, but I really don't see that happening. Randy Moss also had unreal hands and the ability to go get the ball at the highest point. Mike is fast, but he's 6' without the vertical leaping ability or height of Moss to help him. I think he's a great receiver, but not irreplaceable or worth what he's asking.
