Weeden is far from the only thing that's going to set the Browns back for years and years. Trading down in the first last year with a possibly elite WR in Julio Jones available when they don't have a legit #1 WR was incredibly stupid.
Having Julio Jones as a target for Colt McCoy last season probably would of removed any serious discussion of drafting Weeden in the first, or at all.
Now they're trying to get rid of McCoy in desperation, a just okay DT + a 28 year old rookie at QB and still needing a legit number one at WR.
