Well, simply put: they're either trolls or willfully ignorant. It's a biological fact that sensitivity is lost because of circumcision, both directly (from the loss of nerve endings) and indirectly (desensitization through perpetual chafing).

If opponents ignore those facts, then it's best to treat the discussion like a religious debate (i.e. you're never going to succeed in reasoning with them).
