Luci, don't let Day troll you. I've been in your situation. It's tough sometimes to tell someone to fuck off, especially if you've kinda talked to them thus far (idk about you but sometimes I felt like it was really mean to basically say go away, and that if you just gave them another subtle hint or something maybe they'd work it out). But yeah, sometimes you just have to stand up and stop it explicitly. It doesn't feel good, but it'll feel better than being creeped at.

The worst part is I worked with this guy for a year few years ago, and he was pretty normal. We never really talked more then exchanging greetings, unless it had to do with work. We have common acquaintances, I can't just plain be rude to him. What pisses me off about Day and the bunch is, that's exactly what it's like in rl. I've done absolutely nothing to deserve this guys obscene attention, but no matter what I do, he's the victim here. Some years ago, there was a father of a pupil that started calling me, telling me what a beautiful woman I was and how he wanted to get to know me better, the guy was even married, he didn't stop calling me until the headmaster contacted him about it, we had to move the kid so I wouldn't need to come in contact with him, it was funny to see how that was received by my coworkers. World is full of hypocrites.

It's like, people don't realize that you can remove someone from their Facebook list or something. Tell him you don't find his comments appropriate at all, remove him, if he messages ignore it. Not that hard.

Yeah, just remove him from facebook and ignore him. If he shows up at work or at your house or tries to contact you in other ways, then get the police involved. You've reached the limit of politeness, now's the time to be a hardarse and just close the door completely. If you don't, you'll start feeling anxious every time you check facebook or something, and that sucks.

For all those bitching about how Luci's dealing with this, check your privilege.
