Actually I'd say I'm good with women, in the last 11 years I've spent a total of about 18 months not in a relationship, and don't really have any problems approaching/talking to them.

There's a lot that goes into it. It's easy to vent on spamjournal, so mostly only the negative comes out here. She's not the most attractive girl I've dated by any means, but she treats me well and puts up with a lot of shit that other girls might not. Outside of that, it'd be incredibly awkward and a monster pain in the ass in my everyday life to break up with her with our currently living/working situations, and while I was serious that I have no problem talking to women, currently my health and my life in general are totally in the shitter and it'd probably be much more difficult to begin a new relationship than it has been in previous years.
