Orrmaps does each server individually, and allows for self updates by anyone.
1. For Sorrow's Embrace, what would you guys consider the "PUG Friendly" path(s)?
2. Has WvW been laggy for anyone else? Seems like enemy forces take forever to load on my screen now since the upddate.
1 was not super difficult pre nerf. The trick was always in how you dealt with the gauntlet. Now that the gauntlet stops when you are engaged with the Golem, I would guess its even simpler now. Its just a matter of everyone being on the same page.
Hopefully we will see further dungeon changes in this patch. Some that may make certain paths/dungeons a lot more user friendly. CoE, HoW, and Arah all could desperately use some HP reductions still.
Speaking of dungeon changes, did they make P3 of CoF tolerable yet? At least I think that's the torch one.
p3 is pretty lulzy, just takes awhile because of the boss and bombs.
I have been stuck on the story line mission, the small taru job storyline, (Golem Positioning) where you need to fire the beams of electricity, simon says style, to wake/fix the golem. I watch and see what order, and everytime I go to follow the order, I am wrong, or the order isn't working. I am so aggravated with this mission. Does anyone know what the fuck is up? Also, I want to start crafting, what's a good way to get going on that bad boy, I just got the game....
Depending on if you plan on working on a legendary, you'll want to level the appropriate craft.

I am going to quit this game because of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQZljXb23KU
WHATEVER I DO, NO NO WRONG KEEP TRYING I HAVEN'T RAGED THIS HARD EVER.

Finished it on my second try. Feels good man.
This is the most frustrating thing ever, tons of stuff on how it's glitched, I want to get passed this storyline...
Managed to complete the task.... but with no help from this retarded game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQZljXb23KU I just followed the order in that video. My pillars aren't firing correctly, but thanks to that video, I am now moving on...
For Juggernaut Engineers, what prefix do you use for armor? I'm currently using Carrion, but worry I'm too squishy.
all right
i'm going to open my secret engineer book

don't use condition damage with flamethrower.
this has to be broken down a little further, actually.
if you want to focus on condition damage, use grenades. use either rabid (condition/toughness/precision) or rampager (precision/power/condition). if you want to be a fancy mother fucker you can use apothecary (healing/toughness/condition) because engineer's condition application is 0% crit dependent, unlike other inferior professions. full rampager engineer with grenades is the highest potential DPS combination for the profession right now, with the caveat that the enemy isn't getting flooded with bleeds from other sources. so long as 10-15+ stacks on the enemy are yours, it's great. your poison and burn will take precedent over others so long as your condition damage is higher than the other people applying, so there's usually no need to worry about that.
if you want to use flamethrower, i would recommend using soldiers or knights stuff and master maintenance oil + omnomberry pies. flame jet attacks 10 times per 2.5s, hitting up to 3 enemies, that's like 30 attacks per 2.5s which is important. "why is that important you washed up old honky" you might be asking, so i'll lay this shit down real simple like. if you have a crit rate of 60%, which is pretty standard with knights gear, and a 66% chance to steal 320whatever hp per crit, and hit 30 times in 2.5s, you are fucking rasputin. can also use boon duration runes to beef juggernaut up a bit more.
also, do keep in mind grenades work better than flamethrower for everything, because they're bullshit. each grenade throw has 3 projectiles, each projectile can hit 5 targets because they're discrete, so you wind up being able to hit a lot more enemies per attack with a similar rate of attacks per second. similar to how whirling wrath can hit a fuck shit more than 5 enemies despite the 5 enemy cap on almost everything. grenades get tedious though, so i understand the desire to use flamethrower.
edit: in fact, i'll throw in a flamethrower build that i've used in the past here.
you use medkit/toolkit/elixir gun/flamethrower/supply drop. kit refinement gives swapping to flamethrower a flame blast effect that burns enemies in the area, but more importantly removes a condition and can trigger once every 10 seconds. it makes swapping to elixir gun drop a super elixir on a 20s cool down, which is an AoE condition removal and also the heal, lets you keep a super elixir on the ground 100% of the time. medkit 4 also gives a condition removal, so you have 4 total which is usually enough for generic pve. toolkit is there because the block is OP, prybar does OK damage, kit refinement is a box of nails that, when paired with toolkit 2, gives near 100% cripple up-time if you can kite through it. what else. oh yeah. you can use super sigil of battle instead of strength. or superior sigil of blood, i don't know how you do but those are all valid. you also have 100% vigor and swiftness up time, dodge like a mother fucker and never die. you can also switch over to elixirs, going like elixir h/elixir b/elixir r or s/supply drop, take 10 from tools, put it into alchemy and pick up cleaning formula for the condition removal, maybe drop vigor on crit for elixir recast if you take elixir r. both are sweet, can use this same build with grenades with some modifications for a more potent engineering experience.
above all else, remember, despite what anyone tells you, you are a strong sexy engineer that don't need no greatsword.

Lol. Nice. I might look into grenades again since I swapped over to Flamethrower after the nerf grenades got back in November. Though I wish they'd fix the hit detection on flamethrowers for environmental items like the flame turrets in CoF.
can anyone explain how to do some math to me?
i want to figure out might stacks over time and don't want to make a timeline and figured there's probably an equation for it.
it would be like time=0 +3 stacks, time=10 +3 stacks, time=20 +3 stacks, time=25 -3 stacks, etc.
