I still have no idea how to claim new pets. I know they have to be juvenile, but I never see an option or anything.

So I think i'll go put money down on GW2 to get into this beta, but my question is; if I don't like it and it's just not for me am I out that cash or can I get it back? Where should I make the purchase to be able to get a refund? Does Gamestop do that or should I just do it through Arenanet?

Did they change the server names? I noticed they didn't have the same names as the previous BWE's or I jumped right in without really looking. Did they take off the CPU bound thingy? I maxed out everything and I'm usually sitting on 60 with fraps and I am no longer getting the black screen when I move the camera around. But I've only been logged in for like an hour.

They reduced servers, but increased their capacity (but I'm still in overflow...hmmmm.)

Is overflow just an extra channel/server set aside from your own world? I'm in it all the time whenever I get out from a story instance.

Yep, depending on what zone you're trying to get in.

Is this my graphics card shutting down? Or could it be from the game?

If your forcing AA or anything through AMDs or Nvidias application, that's a known bug.

Arenanet has a list of technical bugs up that causes things like blank screens.

Do you get the driver has stopped working error message?

So playing Mesmer... One thing im noticing and not sure if it is just me. If im out killing random mobs or in a mission / quest my Illusions come out fine etc no problem there.

Im finding though if i partake in what i presume is a Dynamic Event like clear out the forest of the minotaurs or numerous other events that have been popping up My Illusions dont come out. Is this a balance thing or whats going on does anyone know? Sorry if that doesnt make sense.

I don't get any messages at all, my screen just goes black and it goes to sleep.

I have not changed any of my setting and they are all pretty low.

You'll have to do the usual than.

Reinstall/update drivers, take a spray can inside the case etc...

Also, what're your specs?

Can anyone PLEASE explain exactly how to fucking get new pets as a hunter? For fucks sake, Blizzard spelled it out for you and you had a lovely little "tame beast" move right there. I'm butt-humping these juvenile animals in the wild and I still cannot find where I'm supposed to capture the damned things.

You're supposed to be able to just right click on any animal tagged Juvenile, unless you already have that animal.

If you could I would appreciate it. Right now i'm kinda "meh" towards most of the armor I have seen. Sure it's all the newbie zone shit but it just looks I guess "off" to me coming from TERA with their designs. The story quests are fun as hell though.

The armor design in general doesn't really ramp up until the 30s. It doesn't start getting crazy until the 50s, I believe. Granted, it'll never be as flamboyant as Tera but I honestly prefer the approach ANet takes to armor design.

While there are Racial specific armors at 35, 60 and 80 which look pretty damn awesome (especially the Asura) all other armors are pretty much the same on all races. This is not Tera or Aion where different race meant completely different look. This is not even WoW where armor had a slightly different look depending on your race. Stuff is the same for everyone.

Is a good place to start when trying to figure this out. Two of my friends have had similar issues. One of them installed new Nvidia drivers and fixed her issues, the other followed the AA instructions and voila working game with no crashes.
