Well, when somebody says "I know a friend of a friend that went to jail for possessing marijuana", I immediately think it was because they were selling it. Maybe I'm wrong in assumption that though.

Depends on the state. Some states send people to jail for even small amounts of weed.

Yeah. Terribly wrong. It does vary by state, but it's all fairly small amounts if you're a habitual smoker. Not to mention they'll hit you with manufacturing if you have even one seedling, or intent to distribute if you simply have pot in two containers (which is common for high grade since you want to keep strains separated) regardless of the amount.

except that mj doesn't impair my ability to drive what so ever. in fact i actually drive slower and more cautiously. totally a danger to society. i'd wager its the same for most people.
