There's a region of Orange County, NY that has ridiculously fertile soil that growers are looking to start shipping to wherever they grow. There's a few farmers in the area, and a few hipsters that found out about it, that are starting to make a business out of it. I don't know the names, but I heard some of the old guys and hipsters talking about it at a distillery in the area. Find some of this stuff and get on board while you can.
