That's what I liked when I went to Denver for my bachelor party. We hit up the local dispensary and got some edibles and some bud. After that we had beers and stuff, but basically all of us were really stoked on the edibles because of the consistency of them.

I don't do edibles so much over bud, but marijuana for anxiety is always tricky. Find a nice indica strain that is like 10~15% in both CBD and THC (or 20%+ CBD, 5~% THC), and use that as a starting point. You don't want something that's very high in THC, because that will for sure induce some psychosis if you're anxious already from the jump.

Start low, and go slow as well. Especially low as possible for edibles. It creeps up on ya if you eat too much, all at once.

I mean, if retailers and growers need separate licensing then it will always lead to the two teaming up together to sell the product.

Growers will be more common up north. There's more space to do so, property prices and taxes are lower, and there just isn't space the further south you go. I think you could do better as a retailer up north if you had a good location for a retail shop that could service a few areas/towns and were able to establish a reputation and stock first. You just need to make sure you get that set up, otherwise you'll end up like the 4 vape shops within 15-20 minutes of me. Competing for the same clientele and likely making less than you should be.

Side note, I still haven't found a guy near me. Very sad.

Sounds good to me. There's so much space up here, and I've already seen a few people who are illicitly just growing it out in the open.

Vape shops are so dorky about it, so I hear you on that. The future I feel is going to be online services -- we are so spoiled by Amazon, so we simply expect many more things to be just as easily accessible online.

I'm on your high (hah) end but essentially the same. Gummies are the best value at usually $2/10mg and if I want to get stoned after work I cut them in half anyway and it does the job

MY father in law used to find it growing out on their property west of Binghamton. He'd chop it down every time because it annoyed him that someone was coming on their property to grow it. They've got a lot of acreage up there. I think it's around 50 acres, but it might be less. I think my mother in law said they either sold or rent out a portion of it to an alfalfa grower.

Delivery services are definitely the go-to, but I'm not sure about the online stuff. I like to see and smell the bud. Just seeing a stock photo of it may be okay, but it doesn't tell you how fresh it is.

Vape it all, then my GF converts the AVB into butter with coconut oil, then bakes it all into cookies or brownies. Or use the oil to fry everything in it.

Vaping can reaaaaaaaaaaaally carry bud much further than smoking.

Either way I think you get more mileage. I haven't personally gone out to find oils, but I have a few friends that go out to get cartridges from MA now. Another one would get stuff in from a friend in CA. We used to split a QP and he might get some extra oil cartridges. I was thinking of trying to make the move to oils. Since the wife has been pregnant I've had to go out into our three season room to smoke. It was fine in summer/fall, but it's cold as fuck back there now. I don't leave my nice three chamber bubbler out there because I'm afraid the water in it will freeze and break the glass. Figure the pen would be better so I can stay inside.

Commercially manufactured oil is the most efficient way to go. If it was recreational in florida it's all I would do, but it's hard to get quality oil in south florida atm. Sans that, when I'm pinching pennies, I do the one hitter.

Any other time I roll one up just cause the act of grinding, rolling, then smoking is so relaxing to me. I'd grind and roll all day even if I wasnt smoking it lol.

Vaping dry bud. Usually I'll pack a 0.1~0.3g bowl and it'll carry for about 20~30 pretty nice draws, which would last me the entire day. Two days if it's something like GSC or Blue Dream. The great thing about vaping bud is that you simply can save the spent bud and use it elsewhere. If not for oil, I sprinkle some in my coffee in the morning for a mini kick. I admit the packing process is long, but I guess fun (?) for me, hah.

I'll forever co-sign vaping now, saves so much on money over all.

Yeah, I don't normally roll either because it just isn't efficient. I save that for when we get a nice snow storm, roll one up, sit on my porch and watch the snow coming down or take a walk with the dog(s).

They are a lot easier now! They even have an app for your phone that controls the oven temperature and all that -- I usually set mine at the midrange or have it set to start low and finish high if I'm with others.

I don't want to smoke or vape. My boss hates weed smokers or people that smell like it. Our office on the 1st or 3rd borderline smells like it all day from the walk ins paying their bill. I'm chill at home but still drink too much. I think if the edibles do me better than the meds it more than likely will curb my heavy drinking as well.

What I'm looking for is what Xanax does for me. When I thought I was going to have a panic attack I'd take a Xanax (I think .5mg? idk) and then everything was fine. People could yell at me and it didn't matter. I felt more focused on work than scatterbrained. So that's what I'm hoping to achieve.
