Yeah, don't get me wrong, EA has made some really crap games in the last little while. Only one of their games I really play anymore is Dead Space. I own all the Mass Effects but haven't gotten around to it yet.
Most their other games don't interest me. Well, Ive been meaning to play Alice Madness Returns, lol.
Someone needs to help me go through rehab so I can break my Sims addiction.
I mean I still haven't gotten the Katy Perry or University expansions....and I want them....but fuck EA...even the Sims games are such cash grabs it makes me puke....but...but...Katy Perry...
What, so you like Katy Perry?
You shouldn't get the Katy Perry expansion pack because the only thing she's good for is tits and the sims never has those in abundance outside of mods.
There. Thank me later.
Katy Perry is pretty much worthless. Kinda like this game's always-online "feature".
y'all can just

kiss my ass.
This thread is turning around.
Then break it by realizing you can't actually eat any of that candy.
So?
Don't feel bad, I'm right there with you. To top it off ever since I played the PS2 version which gave you the co-op option (and thusly my friend I invested months into playing it) I've been waiting for a version of it to play with him again. I've manage to avoid most of the expansion packs, but some of them have got me![]()
It was this version of the original Sims. The two player mode was kind of weird at first because it divided the screen up diagonally, but once we got used to it, it was a ton of fun.
I think I said this earlier. I bought the original Sims 3. Never bought the expansions. But I sure as hell enjoy playing them though.
OH! I remember that game! I really liked that too! I always had trouble starting off in the regular Sims' starter house families - simply because of the lack of direction (not to mention funds and basic Sim necessities). It was just easier to cheat and get enough money, build your house, then move your Sims in. That "story" mode was done perfectly to give you, the player, enough direction and means to get started from scratch. Plus, it was fun as hell.
ya I mean I love the sims and I'm surely an addict about getting all the expansions n' stuff. But it's so open-ended with no real "story" so I tend to play it for a day then forget about it for a month, rinse, repeat.
I think the story mode thing was a good idea that they just never expanded on.![]()
