What the hell is it? A scary face appears after a certain amount of time? My attention span on the internet is about 2 picoseconds.
I think it's a stationary pic saved as a .gif so that people using picture info to see if it's animated or not get tricked into staring at it.

Dump of abandoned hospitals/asylums
Spoiler: show
reminds me of when me and my friend would go into the Manteno Mental Hospital which was actually a dozen different buildings.
http://www.mantenostatehospital.com/...s/image035.jpg
The majority of the buildings were abandoned though the ones on the front were fixed up and used as offices and such.
Over the last few years they demolished most all of the buildings and replaced them with suburbs.
'02-03 was probably the last time I went there because we ended up getting arrested for trespassing lol (no charges filed huzzah!)
Did you manage to get inside? I've been trying to get into urban exploring in my city but everywhere I go, I'm 3-4 years late and shit's demolished. :/
Another abandoned hospital/asylum dump

Yeah, the majority of them were accessible somehow. There was a powerplant building but we never went in there because there were Asbestos warnings stickered all over it.
Doing stuff like that is amazingly fun. Especially at night, and it's usually pretty hard to get caught if you're trespassing, if you're smart about it I mean. In Phoenix there is this awesome abandoned dog tracks facility, Phoenix Trotting Park.

Went a bunch of times with friends, lit fireworks off of the roof top and stuff. That was pretty dumb, but it was awesome.
And anyone who lived South of Denver might remember South Glen Mall. I went there while they were tearing it down and it was about half way done being demolished. Was so awesome, found a room with just a ton of PC monitors stacked up and we threw them off the balcony and they exploded. Also found a huge stack of those halogen light bulbs. Those explode too. Anyways. I'll probably die from lung cancer from all of the asbestos.
I've been reading through SCP Foundation for the past several days and the pictures of abandoned places just help spark that interest in me. It's like the internet knows I've been doing it. Creepy.
To throw in a pic or several
