Pardon the enormity of the image.
Anyway..
Came outside and found a football sized swarm of bees on our neighbors mail box.
Scared the shit out of the mail man. >D
I got within arms length of it to get the picture, and didn't get stung.
I've actually never been stung in my life. Luckily it's remained that way.

They just randomly decided to build their honeycomb there. Shit happens. You're lucky they're not africanized, getting that close would have pissed them off so much...but any ways not much you can do other then call a beekeeper/exterminator, or do what some legendary guy on the internet did ages ago and burn the fuck out of them with a fire pit.

If some one has those pictures, please share! lol.

Call animal control or an exterminator and ask if they have a swarm list. There are plenty of people who will remove the swarm for free just so they can have a new colony.
