This 14-page cover story is stuffed full of details on the new game, including information on where the story is going, hands-on impressions of multiplayer, and intel on the surprising new approach governing every aspect of Halo's multiplayer experience.
343 Industries also shared a wealth of in-game screenshots and concept art revealing new locations within the Halo universe. Take a look at the May cover image below.

Halo 4 Cortana is sex on fire
And I thought the CoD information that pops up was a lot. Holy crap.
xD
I'm the exact opposite. No more race to the rockets/sword then own.
More stuff.
Spoiler: show
That was one of the few things that made the game competitive though - weapon control, adding a random factor completely ruins the skill based elements that came with timing both your and your opponents weapon spawns.
I understand the advantages for lesser skilled players but it's going to completely ruin the competitive side.
The game is still going to be "get the power weapons and then win" but now it's not going to be random, the losing (for arguments sake, worse) team could have rockets/sniper spawn near them and get a win that by all accounts they shouldn't have gotten.
I don't really think its skill to memorize the map. Also, we don't know how the spawns will work. It's possible that the weapons will be equidistant from both teams. Instead of skill being about rushing to one spot to claim the weapons, it will be about team management. The more variables in a match, the more skill a team will require to win.
If handled correctly (making spawns equidistant like you say) then it COULD indeed make it better, but honestly the way they say it "levelling the playing field between experienced and inexperienced people" I don't see it working in a fair way at all.
I see your point. Ideally they'll make the game easy to pick up, but hard to master. That's all I can really hope for.

Conan O'Brien is going to have some sort of premier tomorrow night on his show.
Halo is the only FPS I can stomach.
