What would you do for 600 MS Points?
http://www.computerandvideogames.com...-4-this-month/If you've got the stamina and/or time to run up 140+ hours on Halo 4's multiplayer before November 30, then you'll get 600 Microsoft Points for your efforts.
As part of Xbox Live Rewards, Halo 4 players are encouraged to spend as much time with the game as possible in order to score free credit. Over 70 hours will gain you 300 MS points, while more than 35 hours will get you 100.
That means if you're aiming for the 140+ mark, you'll need to play Halo 4 for six hours a day until November 30. That may be achievable if you don't have a job or go to school, but for many of us, it's just a dream. Or a nightmare.

not sure if people are feeling the same way but this game does feel like a clusterfuck at times in solo Campaign with the promies been stealth ninja's walked into an area and had the back of my head blown off 1 second after entering this room, wouldn't mind but i'm on normal difficulty pretty sure on heroic on reach i could last at least 2 seconds into a room
Definitely. With all the fire flying around, it reminded me of playing Ikaruga. I beat the game yesterday on Heroic and it took me 6 hours. I can't even imagine how shitty it will be on Legendary because there were so many points where I felt like I was running on fumes. It feels like you don't get as much ammo as in previous games, so I was constantly stuck reverting back to Scattershots and Longshots that I found off enemies. I know in previous games I didn't have to rely on enemy weapons as much as I did in this game. Not saying it's bad, but it definitely made me feel like I was constantly making do, rather than being prepared for each confrontation.
Hate how swat is available in custom games but not online. How Long till swat gets added Also do the kill cams seem messed up to anyone else? Half the time with the kill cam they arent even shooting me :/

Anyone else notice the lack of rocket launcher in campaign?
Any way to NOT get a needler out of every ordinance you get? Beam rifle plz
not sure if borked or if 343 doesn't like you re-watching your special unlocked campaign video's but mine have disappeared from the face of the earth >_> (#4 was actually very epic)
Theres a rocket launcher in the third mission, when you walk into a big area with a bunch of covenant. 2 ghosts 2 turrets 2 sniper jackals and an assortment of elites/grunts/jackals, set up around this forerunner structure. The rocket is off to the left of the entrance behind some human crates. There's also a BR, some ARs, a pistol, and a SAW over in that direction.
Edit: Also, yes, Legendary is fucking hard. I've been going through it as my first playthrough. I wasn't having too much of a problem with it until later in the third mission, where you walk into an area with a bunch of covies. 3 banshees, with one taking off right when you enter. you can take that banshee fairly easily, but as soon as you gain any altitude everyone in the room shoots you. you can't fly high enough to avoid it, because hurr durr invisible walls. it's also a pain to stay on the ground because there's still those other two banshees flying around.. plus a few ghosts, and of course infantry. And no cover to speak of. I'm stuck on this room for now. I got pissed off and went and played multiplayer last night, and am doing other things today. I'll pick it up again tomorrow, and hopefully make a break through.
Finally got my copy. Time to play catch-up.
So I have an Xbox360 arcade edition. 8GB HD and it's the detachable from the top version. What do.
Solo Legendary mission 1 done. Manly tears![]()
