Adrift, Haven, Abandon and Exile are probably my favorite maps in the current pool. Adrift is probably the best map of the buch imo. I'd love to see Relay in MM, I was shocked to see it not in MM rotation, esp after they featured it at MLG Dallas

Not specifically about spawnkilling, but looking at a map of Rag and realizing that

Red owning any two red circled areas (preferably middle and pelican) or Blue owning any two blue circled areas (preferably northside of the stream and middle) means that Blue, imo, inherently has a harder time of keeping a lockdown on a game than Red does (provided nobody goes full retard, enters Blue base and forces blue to spawn elsewhere, like Red base, and even then it would still be difficult).

Have, in any of the Halo threads, there ever been a lot of discussion about tactics? Would be good if we got more people talking about talking about strats considering most people here a bit more serious than your average gamer.

Why they ported Rag, an obviously unbalanced map made worse by DMR on spawn, instead of Midship, Lockout, or Ivory Tower is nothing more than sheer laziness. Too much work to scale up maps that are arguably the best ever made, just throw this shitty thing in there instead.

I think we tried for Halo 3 back in the day, but I can't remember. If someone can pull up some map layouts, I can show some awesome sniper positions and what kind of fields of vision you can expect for BTIS. Standard Infinity Slayer is a hit/miss for me. I find that teamwork is highly critical in 4v4 matches and you can't really take down a whole squad of enemies solo like you could in 3 or Reach due to the weapon diversity and not needing to camp power weapons.

I'm about to pass out for the night, but I'll leave with an awesome bro tip I just discovered by accident...You can snipe with the Railgun by zooming in while you're charging it up. It's a small window of opportunity, but goddamn it's fucking sexy.

Red base also has an extremely easy place to snipe right next to the base that gives more than the maps vantage with very very good cover and no worrying about any one else's spawns. It's over by where the mantis spawns.

I'm surprised they left that accessible in the port.

How do you get the other specializations? I haven't reached rank 50 yet so I haven't looked at anything about them yet. Can I buy the ones that were for the limited edition/people playing before 11/20? Cause I don't meet either of those qualifications.

If you've clocked multiplayer time in before nov 20, check your XBL email. A code should have been provided to ya.
