Using a small dose of Alucard is perfect for cell. Still, every time i get impatient for another episode i am reminded that the quality these guys produce is worth the wait.

Also i want them to do a Yu Yu Hakusho abridge, enough material there for some quality laughs.

Calling him Prince more than once was a little off-putting, otherwise everything else made this one of their better ones. This part of the arc is a high point of the show, so kinda hard to screw up. But still, bravo. Hilarious start to finish. It's just going to keep getting better, especially since the upcoming Satan stuff won't be cringeworthy lameness ruined by localization.

Also this guy has done 20 YYH Abridged episodes.

I'm kinda disapointed with the Gohan going Super Saiyan bit. Having said that my expectations for that part were so high that nothing they produced could live up to them.

I think calling him Prince over and over was a point he was trying to drive home while undermining Vegeta and treating him like a shitter.

Its in character though. Gohan was still amazingly calm as a super saiyan, and master the form after just a few months of training and was able to stay in it permanently until the cell games. It wasnt until he went ss2 that he lost control and went fucking nuts. I'm very confident that they will do it justice when its time.

It's the former. Cell has currently done 0 powering up since transforming.

He later raised his power significantly for his fight with Goku in the tournament, much of which was depleted by Cell's shenanigans and the Warp Kamehameha blast, but was then provided a sensu when Goku retired, then Cell powered up again, then he created the Mini-Cells to taunt Gohan.

Fighting Vegeta currently, Cell's arguably about as strong as one such Mini-Cell.

While he could sense he had surpassed Vegeta, he was caught off guard by the focused energy of the Final Flash; it had killing potential he didn't recognize until the very last second, and he could barely dodge in time. Holding off on using Piccolo's regeneration technique and feigning that the attack was devestating, however, was a con to instill false hope in TeamProtagonist and by extension us, the readers/viewers.

TFS is really sneaky; they do their homework and learn all the lore. For example, Cell's reaction is a direct reference to the German dub:

Little late to the party but in regards to Final Flash it's a move that requires a bit of charge time and iirc in the anime the first time against cell he charged for a couple of minutes. And as the series has shown if you charge up long enough you can perform attacks that can seriously injure opponents that are technically stronger than you but Cell hadn't learned that lesson yet. It probably would've worked to if he had done the chargin my attack song.

Short and simple, the Galick Gun is a plot device Toriyama created solely to be an equal counter to the Kamehameha wave. It let him draw the first beam struggle. We didn't see it again through the entire Namek arc; then Cell suddenly whipped it out while in his imperfect form as we saw a few T4S episodes ago. It's purple instead of blue (there's an adaman hauberk argument in here somewhere). That's it. The end.
