It's very good until the end!
The Good
Dr Kochin was an excellent troll
They pretty much rewritten the entire movie, it works really well, the script was really good
The penis jokes were fun
Blue Piccolo was very well edited in, it looks natural
I was growing very sympathetic for Dr Wheelo
The Bad
The manual eyes they hack in were quite bad this time around
Too much custom/hacked footage towards the end made it feel a bit off; it just didn't jel together as well when they swapped back and forth, it feels unpolished. Note that in previous episodes I didn't feel it to be as much of a sticking point until this one

Thought it was really good until the end, and I wouldn't have minded it either if it didn't look so...weird. They really did go all in though and I appreciate that.
Also "DODGE!" is never not funny.
