Emulators on a Windows Phone

Well I just got a windows phone and I can't find any emulators that work when I try to download them and run the executable it says "this file is not safe to run". I'm assuming since it is a newer operating system that there aren't a lot of options have there been other threads about emulating and playing games on windows phones? I've been a little outta commission the past few months <_<

That doesn't work anymore especially on new devices... unless he's actually running a gen 1 WP7.0 release model (pre-Mango). If he is, he'll have to do a clock trick to set back the time & date on both phone and PC to 2011.

The only official way would be to buy a developer account for $99 USD/year to have unlocked access. Check out this thread and read the last five pages for an explanation if you're still interested:

Why not do that, then? I haven't any more detailed information, as I've only ever dealt in iOS for friends and Android for myself, but I'm certainly in support of modding.
