Is my motherboard dying?

It won't recognize the PCI-E slot or the onboard network adapter anymore.

Used to work fine, 3months in the storage and now it doesn't.

in storage? was it climate controlled/stored properly/etc?? if not, then- ick. if it was, then I'd check and see if anything came loose while in transit.

Storage as in the top of my closet. ALmost 100% positive the mobo is just shitting out. It's really old mobo.

check the caps on it, also make sure that something icky didnt get behind it and die, best test bed would be to power it up outside of the case and make sure its not shorting on something that fell in there
