You really don't get it. I've had to say this several times now. The syg immunity is only for that direct action (killing in self defense). Lawyers are really really good at finding a million and one things to sue him for, that don't have to be specifically about that. Even if he wins syg immunity they will still find things to sue him for. Anthony got sued for $200k for the money spent trying to find Casey, and she lost. And that was just the tip of the iceberg.

The Goldmans get all the money for O.J.'s book, too.

It sure as shit seems like Tweek was making rational arguments based on evidence (huge posts, lots of links/videos/etc), and Rhinox/others came in and accused him of being a racist, and he attempted to argue rationally that he was not a racist, the racist accusations intensified, and then Tweek snapped and became the best example of Poe's law I've ever seen.

I don't even know what the original post was that made people start accusing him of being racist. I'm talking way before his posts throwing the word nigger around all willy-nilly.

and tweek's arguments were not rational despite linking to a bunch of shit, he extrapolated a bunch of stupid shit and tried to tell people that protecting your family = patrolling your neighborhood and profiling then chasing black people with a loaded gun, and if you don't do that you probably aren't a home owner

nah, not true. rhino just likes accusing people of being racist when he's not getting banned for dropping n-bombs or other racial slurs as jokes. it's ok cause it's a joke, right? it's pretty easy thing to do.. call someone a racist and if they try to defend themselves e.g. i have a black friend i can't be racist!! the person being accused will end up looking even more ridiculous.

only reason i reported my posts is because i've been banned before for using a word that is dropped daily on these forums (it's the same word on OP's banned avatar) you see the admins are allowed to use the word in the banned avatar, it's acceptable but someone using it out of context is not allowed when someone reports it
