And then trayvon supposedly confronted him while walking back to his car, right? so then how the fuck did he encounter trayvon at a place that was not in a direct path from where the call ended to where is truck was parked.

He made a number of assumptions about Trayvon that we know are not true (that he was looking to break into houses, that he was on drugs at the time) that are the exact same assumptions that a racist would make about a black person.

You think that's a coincidence, and you're free to do so. Just don't get too confident in that assertion. I'm not 100% positive he wouldn't have called on Trayvon if he was white, I just think it's exceedingly unlikely. the problem we have is that we can only guess what happened that night. He did slow down (no way to know if he completely stopped or just walked). IF gz is telling the truth he did follow instructions.

Now, personally, I don't think he did, but as we only have his word and the recording, I have to concede that the recording goes with his story, so it's plausible.

This seems rather silly. If you call 911 about a suspicious person and ask to talk to police, will they even do it?

Nothing in this case proves he was a vigilante. You could construe getting out of his car with a gun as a vigilante, but the problem is that such vigilantism is wrapped up in gun laws and it's perfectly legal. Facts are we have no evidence he attempted a citizens arrest or even attempted to confront Martin. He called the police before leaving his vehicle, stopped following Martin when told to do so (evident by the length of the phone call post-"you don't have to do that" and the relatively small area the events took place), and didn't unholster his gun until he allegedly feared for his life. Vigilantism, or at least criminal vigilantism, is hard to claim with the evidence at hand.
