I thought earlier in this thread we had discussed him getting donations and not telling his attorney, which is why his lawyer dropped representation. Is this a second incident?

The news of the donations came up earlier in the thread but this is new because the judge overseeing the case ruled to revoke his bail bond over it. This is important because it damages the defense's ability to defend him a bit because most of their story is based around Zimm being truthful in his account of what happened when he just lied about having sacks of cash which could have increased the cost of the bail bond he would have been released on.

The prosecution showed video and audio evidence to the court where Zimmerman was talking to his girlfriend about the cash he had. It was spoken in code and was very vague with a very clear intent to deceive anyone who was listening in. There was a clip on NBC where they listened to the tapes but could not play them on the air. So they read a little bit of the transcript then the prosecutor explained in detail how hard they were working at hiding this money.

I never thought nor do I think now that Zimmerman is anything but a lying vigilante with a hot head. Now he proves the lying part on a national stage. How the fuck can anyone still support this guy?

During two of the recorded calls, Shellie Zimmerman was speaking with her husband from a Credit Union, and in one of the calls Zimmerman was speaking directly to a Credit Union official.

During another recorded conversation on April 16, prosecutors say the two were discussing how to move forward with bond.

George Zimmerman: "If the bond is more than 15, pay the 15. If more than 15 pay 10 percent to the bondsman."

Shellie Zimmerman: "You don't want me to pay $100."

George Zimmerman: "I don't know."

Shellie Zimmerman: "All right, just think about it."

George Zimmerman: "I will."

Shellie Zimmerman: "That's what it's for."

O'Mara said that the couple was not deliberately hiding money, and that it was "more of an innocent misunderstanding than a devious attempt to hide money."

Prosecutors are going to tear up his credibility with this little tidbit. The cute little code word of saying $100 instead of a $100,000 isn't going to fool anyone. Especially with his "pay the 15" comment prior to that.
