so is the recording of the phone call the NSA has inadmissible in court? why do they need her testimony

Man, I can't imagine the shitfest that's gonna go down when this nigga walks.
She fucked their case. How did the prosecution fuck this up so badly? Pathetic.
I will say that after both the Casey Anthony case and this one, Florida really needs to fire everyone in the DA
Fucking lol, shit show. Prepare yourselves for the riots and looting, you know it's gonna happen if he walks.
LOL star witness is illiterate and writes a deposition that was the linchpin of the Prosecution's case.... yeah... I guess the crazy ass cracker is going to be a free man![]()
Now I'm not saying that Casey or Zimmerman didn't do it, but the prosecution does have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and from what I've heard of both cases, that hasn't been happening. The court system is working exactly as it should in this case, as much as no one likes the outcome.
george zimmerman's defense fund: something like 100k?
aaron hernandez's defense fund: 5m or more?
yeap, hernandez will get off with less than zimmerman
you guys are putting way too much value in this chick's testimony, it would have been great if it was good, it doesn't hurt them that it was bad
I watched some of it today. A witness that was suppose to be for the prosecution actually corroborated Zimmerman's account.
As well, the courts keep trying to convict them for maximum penalty when there were no witnesses in either case.
In the Anthony situation she didn't report her daughter missing until THREE MONTHS after she was gone. Who killed her at that point is mostly irrelevant. (In regards to Anthony's trial, that is.) She could have gotten locked up on neglect alone.
The fact they pushed too hard for murder in the first means they dun fucked up and expected it to be a clear cut case.
Same as this situation.
Can you claim self defense if you are the one who instigated the conflict? Don't they have the recording of the 911 call where the dispatcher told Zimmerman not to confront him but he was like "lolno I'm gonna go get him"?
I think that was a question that a lot of us have been asking since the beginning of this. If some creepy dude was following me and confronted me even after I tried to get away from him I would feel compelled to defend myself. And in Florida I believe I would be allowed to invoke the stand your ground law in that case too.
That's the point. The defense's absolute best argument would be that Zimmerman started a fight and lost it and started shooting when he realized he was losing.
And even that is highly questionable.
"Was he erect sir?" "Yes, at one point he was erect" fucking lol
Dorner on the stand.
