For example I could go into how the jurors are specifically ordered to be understanding about her lack of skill with English and her speaking and mannerisms; or how they're specifically told that due to a single given lie they can choose to disregard any or all of her entire testimony, but absolutely never to make conclusions like "she lied here so the opposite of what she said here is probably true."

And then we could get into how that's why the jurors are all women even if they couldn't get any black people, as women are more likely to conform to those types of instructions.

Yeah the whole cursive argument is stupid. I was taught cursive extensively, could read is perfectly. But keyboards exist now so I haven't used the shit since high school, and teaching kids this nowadays borders on the biggest waste of fucking education time possible. Obviously cursive is the least of this girl's problems.
