You'll probably see me a bunch in this thread over the new few weeks while I catch up on what I've missed for the last 18 months. I quit when BST was 85 so it was decent back then but now I see so many Abyssea burned bandwagon noobs that can only toss a pet at a mob and go afk. Makes me rage a little inside but at least I will hopefully stand out from the pack once I hopefully get to where I should be.

Been researching AF3+2 and it seems like 90% of it can be duo'ed and trio'ed with 1-2 other BST?

The majority of Abyssea NMs for +1/+2 items can be soloed by Bst, using the right gear/atmas.
You’ll probably want a Blm friend to join you though for yellow procs. Soloing seal NMs without yellow is a pain in the ass.

My work computer froze when I had a HUGE typed out detailed route for easiest and best seal/+2 farming. With that, going to just agree with Romyro, for body +2 work on VNM +2 pop and Ironclads are a joke with Future Fabulous and DG.

Here’s a quick version of the path I took.
I think I used the same Atma setup for almost all of them
-Ducal Guard
-Mounted Champ
-Razed Ruin

Head +1 – Kharon or Mielikki (soloable)
Body +1 – Iron Clad Sunderer (soloable)
Hands +1 – Bugul Noz (soloable)
Legs+1 – Sirrush – (soloable)
Feet +1 – Seps (soloable)

Head +2 – Ulhuadshi (soloable)
Body +2 – Alfrad (soloable)
Hands +2 – Resheph (difficult solo iirc but possible. I had 3 friends with the KIs come and I just mass-brewed…(I was lazy))
Legs +2 – Cirein Croin (soloable)
Feet +2 - not sure (I got mine from Bukhis while doing lolfarsha with friends…soloing him isn’t advised)

I got at least 1 BST friend and maybe 2 who I'm staticing with to get full +2. So most, if not all, I will be duoing. I can probably manage to scrounge up a BLM for a bit of them though. So it looks like if I do a bit of grinding on this I can get this within a matter of a few weeks?

You can get everything done in a couple days if you really wanted to. It comes down to you now rage quitting because SE implemented a system to not drop what you are looking for and give you an abundance of what you do not want.

Best 3-4 jugs at 99? So far I'm thinking Gooey Gerard obviously for tanking/general use, Faithful Falcorr for roaming and farming, and what for best DD in general? Wiki says Nursery Nazuna caps at 86 and therefore 92~ with merits and Monster Gloves but I don't know if thats right.

Gorefang is your best DD pet and hard NM with decent to little magic casting inside Abyssea, Falcor is your farming and 75 content stuff for evasion and TH. Dipper Yuli is your anything wind based and vs any plantoid pet. Gooey is your MDB pet for something that spams magic, can use Crude Raphie too, Any other pets you won't use based off certain situations.. but Falcor,Gorefang and yuli are the most used.

Rancorous Mantle paired with Hope Torque seems to be more popular these days. Atheling + Rancor Collar is probably easier to get, though.

I popped it by accident on PLD/DNC once and was able to hold it for a good 15 minutes. DMG was shit, but it didn't do much to me either. I know 2 BSTs in my LS duod it earlier that week as well.
