Resolution's fTP transfers so ele belt > all. Windbuffet is better for Shoha iirc.

Going to second this one. Light weather does not pop in Ro'Meave- it shares weather with The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah so it has lightning and water weather.

The only regions with randomly occurring light weather is Qufim and Ti'Lia. Light weather is the biggest asshole in the game, fire weather looks up to light weather as a role model.

What's nares trews refresh rate? My gut tells me 1/tick but I'd like someone who owns it to confirm.

Anyone notice fishing skill mattering more post update? I finally fished on my mule for the first time, and in over 600 casts didn't get a single Hak on the line @84 skill. My other mule @100 skill got normal bite rates.

I was almost certain that you couldn't get TH procs on an offhand hit, and for a while I was mainhanding twilight knife. I'm sure I had gotten TH upgrades while doing so, but it shouldn't be hard to test this.
