Ok since none answered my question I will try to narrow it and ask other way.
Is any of the items below is best for something at any job?:
1. Eirene's Manteel ( enmity down nuking? )
2. A'as Circlet
3. Wurrukatte Boots
4. Repartie Gloves ( Probably none knows FC on them?)
5. Pharmakeia Robe ( This is only +1INT over Nares assuming 3/5 set equipped before body so I'm not sure if its worth inventory space? Its also 9less macc)

1. From pure dmg no. Wouldn't really count the -emnity that high either.
2. Best nuking hat for blu I think.
3. Only snapshot boots in existance... also crit rate + dex/agi might make them good for agi/dex modded crit ws
4. I could swear someone tested it and posted it somewhere here... probably the legion thread. But yeah maybe precast.
5. Still technically the best. Also it might rearrange other parts of the nares set too... or at least on some spells like maybe meteor

On the topic of POL shitting its pants, I cannot turn off my PC monitor while in game, even if it is not my current window. It crashes instantly and boots me back to POL with an error code.

yeah mine does that too. I think the screen changes resolution when you turn it back on.

They have 16 min respawn so you cant kill more than ~70 in 1h

EDIT: If they changed it to 5 min You might be right but I still cant see that w/o aggroing all of them and counterstance kill all at once but than you need some form of cure. I just cant belive that you kill pot in 20 sec counting in running from one to other (unless idk with 300% movement from clipper).

2x MNK + WHM used to be able to down those things at nearly the repop rate at 75, so I don't have much trouble believing that Radec can do it on a 99 Monk. The fact that they cast is probably actually a blessing, because it lets you wreck them before they do any damage to you at all.

Generally speaking any character thats autofollowing another character I just assume is multi-boxed.

I don't know of any way to prove you aren't a 2box character, why would it matter?

2x MNK + WHM used to be able to down those things at nearly the repop rate at 75, so I don't have much trouble believing that Radec can do it on a 99 Monk. The fact that they cast is probably actually a blessing, because it lets you wreck them before they do any damage to you at all.

I just did this with 99 vereth mnk/war and I was able to get chain 127 in 1hr (give or take 30seconds, my 2nd kabob wore off as I killed #127). The only annoying thing about them is when they open with sleep or sleep 2 and then proceed to miss you 10x in a row and cast blaze spikes or blind for next spell.

I normally think that when someone seems to just suck really bad, their actions are delayed and they don't really respond as quick as they should.

Its impossible to prove that you arent multi boxing.

I suppose that would depend on the context surrounding the accusation. The general thing that I'd see as an indicator is an observable lack of focus in play. A mage that's perpetually behind on casting, a melee that's sitting on TP and not utilizing their JAs, that kind of thing. It's harder to manage multiple characters than a single one, and harder still to play them all to their potential at the same time. Even the best at it might have to prioritize actions at times.

Similarly, outside of inherited characters, a lot of dual box characters are not the priority for gear. Seeing an AH-geared WHM with poor reaction times...first inclination these days is that it's a dual box.

Seeing characters running around on /follow, or standing around seemingly afk while characters with the same pearl on are doing something are also pretty big indicators.

No real way to prove things, though I can't think of many instances where it'd be a problem either.

Not sure the best way to light the Byrth beacon, but I got my chelona boots +1 courtesy of Cdgreg, and I wanted to get the exact numbers for FC for the community. How should I do this? I have BLU if necessary for longer recasts, but I don't have all the spells yet >.<

1) Go to Abyssea on a job other than RDM subbing /WHM entirely naked except for the boots (wear them), put up Reraise and don't get Atma/Cruor buffs.
2) Go die, get up.
3) Cast Reraise with the boots on and look at the recast in your magic menu (Control-M).
4) Warp back to Conflux 1, put on Atma of Ambition, Lightning Beast, Tusked Terror, or Rescuer.
5) Cast Reraise again with the boots on and check the recast again from your magic menu (Control-M)

Post those two times back here and I (or someone else) will tell you what the Fast Cast is. I prefer to use La Theine for Fast Cast tests because there are so many monsters near Conflux 2.

114/120 = 95%, so 10% or 11% (including +5% from the Atma)

So the HQ is 5% Fast Cast.

Are there any way to start a new relic before previous one is done? I know wiki says you can't get currency back once you trade it, and you can't start new one until current one is done, so can't cancel it as well?

You can cancel by talking to the gob in Castle Zvahl. But you won't get any refunds.

With AM2 active, yes. 60mab vs 6dmg affinity directly, no.

If you're considering laev, I imagine you're around +115 mab in gear.

(100+115+X)/100 = (100+115)/100 * 1.35

X needs to be 75 or more MAB from staff to beat magians.

AM2 is 30-49MAB depending on TP(200-299), so as long as it's up, laev wins.
