If you trying to compare it to crit ws in abyssea yeah it's gunna look bad. But outside it's good enough to replace most other ws aside from stacked relic/empyrean

What rings should I use for cure on my mule's WHM? Just MND rings? Or Sirona's ring / MND ring.

Sirona's is stronger than MND (1skill = 2mnd = 4vit), but really it doesn't add all that much. In an average-ish c4 build, 1% potency ~= 10skill - only gain 8-10 hp for the sirona's.

I'd suggest better to just leave them in 2x darkrings for the -dt and +inv.

Sirona's is best in slot for cure power, Ephedra Ring (+7)/Haoma's Ring(+8) are second best for cures (while enhancing Cursna a tiny bit). MND rings now only really help Enfeebles and weapon skills. Healing Magic is more important if your skill is low (as another commenter mentions), but really, your White Mage should be subbing Scholar anyways (only exceptions should be if you REALLY need Stun, easier Dispel access, or some other important subjob ability and even then ideally only in lowman), so this isn't as big a deal.

Dark Rings are nice for damage taken reductions, and if it matters that much you might also want to have a Sheltered Ring in the Shellra/Protectra macro.

If you don't want to farm anything or macro anything either a Sirona's and Ephedra Ring or a Sirona's and a Sheltered Ring are probably a good choice.

Also consider -enmity rings. can get a decent chunk of -enmity in an otherwise meh spot.

What's the standard optimum THF TP set nowadays? Thaumas is available.

Also, I saw it answered at some point last week I think but now can't find it and the wife asked me last night. Is Thaumas Coat a fulltime piece for MNK? Like TP and WS or is it only a WS piece only with Impetus down? Knowing sweet FA about MNK, I don't really want to tell her wrong. She has Vere and also Shijin if that matters.

THF: Raider's Head+2, Thaumas Coat, Nomkahpa Mittens, Thaumas Kecks, Assassin's Feet +2. Accessory slots shout be obvious. If Nomkahpa aren't available, switch to AF3+2 hands - feet can remain unchanged unless you're getting marches -> Athos's or something.

Thaumas Coat is a full time TP piece for MNK. Never use it for WS. Ever.

So I have 1100 kindred's seals 600 beastmen seals 8 stacks of kindred's crests and 5 stacks of H kindred's crests.

what are the most common battlefields to do with said coins? someone was telling me it's more common to exchange crests into seals and do KS99 for BB items and HNM pops?

Tbh I'd convert them all to KS and spam wyrm. What a few people I know are doing anyway, speed belt is wanted again and Faf/Nid pops are always in demand.

Yes. The only place where your items are not safe are where they are inbetween other players on the server (so AH, Delivery Box).
