Funny thought, people seem to think the WSD on Phorcys body and other items like Ogiers legs is only counted on the first hit, what if the relics and mythics are the same way, what if the 30% WSD for Drakesbane on Ryunohige is first hit only? lol

In addition, is the bonus damage on the Ryunohige worth using nothing but Drakes, or is it Drakes@300% then Stardiver for great justice?

Keep in mind that I'm no DRG, but wouldn't it be better Drakes 300% -> Stardiver for the crit down -> Drakes until AM3 wears off?

Couple DRK questions. (Took it to 99 today, for the hell of it)

What should I merit (job specific)?
What's an acceptable Great Sword and Scythe for a 6th job that I probably won't use much? (Won't have time for Empy/Relic, but I could do a magian or a drop from something)
Am I missing a decent ranged/ammo piece? All I'm seeing are Tathlum if I need the STP, or Fire Bomblet.

That's about it for ammo.

OAT GSword is good if you're up for that, STR/Attack always acceptable - Are you going to have resolution? Scythe isn't really strong anymore, twilight scythe isn't awful and gives you the anti-shield damage type for stubborn Pils and the like. Buyables for GSword.. you could use the Etourdissante(+1) on war as well if you have that, but Gram is easier to 5/6hit

T1: Last Resort effect/recast both 5/5
T2: 5/5 Desperate Blows, 4-5/5 diabolic eye, 0-1/5 dark seal.

My thief is at 415 evasion and altepa mandy gathering doesn't seem to improve it anymore. What do I to cap evasion from here? any specific best way, etc.

Do they /check decent challenge to you? If not, then that explains why they don't cap you. You can try bugards in aby-grau since they tend to spawn dc-t when I go skillup.

Can anyone confirm if kukulkan's skin is actually blue proc or just pure TH? I feel that it isn't... but I have never spammed it to find out.

afaik, the crafting items off zone bosses were all blue procs for that expansion. People just didn't test it at the time because no one knew how blue procs worked until Scars came out.
