Still not sure it's a dichotomy. Where do you live if not in an urban or rural area? And in that case, it makes it no longer a dichotomy, cos there are 3 areas.

The only way it could be a dichotomy is if NJ is equally split into urban and rural poverty, and perhaps you live on the border or something. But I suspect NJ is more complex than that
