You'd be surprised. I live in a duplex that was originally built for farmers. Across the street features million dollar homes around a man-made lake. Drive one block in one direction and there's a Target and McDonald's; drive in the other direction, and there's a cornfield.

Yeah I'm being nitpicky but if you're going to have a dichotomy you have to work out what you want to bisect. It's either the poverty aspect or the rurality. You can't split on both or you get 4 sections, not 2. That's all.
