I fucking love having a dessert of some kind before bed but every time I do I can't sleep cause of sugar.

Try out Halo Top low cal ice cream.

Shit is delicious and doesn't have a ton of sugar in it. It's easily the best option for non-full fat ice cream. It's all got a lot more protein that I expected.

240-280 calories per PINT.

I eat 1/2 a pint a day now.

I can recommend these flavors:

Chocolate (3rd)
Vanilla (2nd)
Mint Chip (Best)
Chocolate with Mocha Chips (4th)

Avoid:
Lemon Cake
Birthday Cake

They have a mess of new flavors, some with up to 320cals per pint (Which is still p much 30% of a regular pint) that I haven't tried yet but apparently my Fairway will have it next week!

I tend to like plain flavors so chocolate for me. Mint chip maybe if it's not too overwhelming on the mint flavor?

Like if Andes mints had an ice cream I'd be all in it.

My fail today was it rained early morning/late night. By the time I got up was more of a heavy mist/light drizzle so not really enough to even get me moist... but the ground was soaked so had to ride slower and even then still got decently splattered with mud and pants/backpack pretty wet from all the stuff getting flung up. Also rides lately still seemed a little off and sure enough front tire was down to 40 psi

Guy comes in claims his papers were in file boxes but those were too heavy to lift so he put them all in a trash can which he lifted. Because nothing makes something too heavy to lift as combining it all together and lifting at once <.<. Of course a bunch spills out and have to load a bunch in handfuls and I see a whole bunch of interesting Dvds fly out. Only title I saw was "Cum Filled Throats 9" but the others seemed to be of a similar vein. Seriously though who buys porn dvds anymore and who brings them to a stranger to get rid of lol

When I worked at Fry's, we had a customer bring in a laptop for repair and in the DVD drive was some hard core porn dvd. Whoever worked on it decided to be a dick and put the dvd in the plastic bag we use to keep everyone's paperwork attached to the laptop so his wife wound up seeing it front and center when she picked up the laptop a week later.

Halo Top is the fucking best. It's expensive and only carried at Whole Foods in my area but fuck it's so good and fits into my low carb eating.

My favorites I've actually tried are Lemon cake , Birthday Cake and strawberry. I'm on the hunt for the mint chip and red velvet though
