Shitting on anything not super soft or with enough raised foot support to basically take the weight off my butt keeps making my legs go to sleep

Squatty potty needs to be on your Christmas wish list.
Gokku has one, lol. He raves about it all the damn time
He should. A squatty potty is the shit.
I got a little collapsible stool once I learned how we've been shitting wrong all this time.
lmao how in the world. I meant to say sitting. oddly toilets aren't bothering me that much but then I don't camp on them anymore
Just sit down and poop and then get back up. Problem solved.
Problem is my job is mostly deskwork
Do you have an option to have a standing desk? It sounds like a possible circulation or ergonomic issue. Maybe your chair isn't supportive enough/ adjusted right ?
My fail is everything at work today has been fucking broken. Arrived late after voting/making sure hubby was ok after vertigo issue and notice I can't get my voicemails. Supervisor then tells me " oh yeah no one can" oh..ok then.
Then every department is having routing issues so reception is blaming us for not taking calls..what calls?! It's been all FUBAR. Then a website we rely on to check recalls/ other info for Acura isn't processing requests in addition the programs I use keep crashing. So over today..and it's only 2pm.
I also need to find somewhere cheaper than the grocery store to invest in Zero carb Rockstar Punched since that's the only thing that makes me motivated to do shit lately here lol.
Maybe. Though by the time it gets put it might not matter lol. Semi new thing. Basically my foot problem has migrated up a little. It's basically weight on my bottom thigh/butt region causing pain/circulation issues. Think part of it is just coming with the weight loss while also buiding my legs up with all the riding and running. Body isn't keeping up with the increase in leg weight and decrease in seat cushion. I sit back and put my legs on the desk sometimes. And cutting the sodium has helps and it's not even everyday really... though forgetting about it on last cheat day with my pack of bacon and a ton of pancakes kind of set that back a bit. Making my hourly stair runs more consistently/more often really helps too. Hell a stool would probably work since spreading my legs would change the distribution... hmmm I got some barstools...
I dunno how many times or different ways we can tell you circulation issues are a big fucking deal, see a doctor. Your post about getting your foot amputated around this time next year will be hella entertaining though.
left hand has been giving me enough shit (2 fingers in particular) to where I bought a hand grip device. Going to see if strengthening the fingers/adding muscle mass may help w/ w/e is causing it pain to begin with.
Hopefully this goes well. The grip I got in particular isn't a V grip but instead something that allows you to work each individual finger
Was also able to isolate the pain. The pain comes from my middle finger, but not when I use the middle finger, but instead the on my ring finger.
If I'm trying to set a high resistance and push down only with my ring finger, my middle finger hurts
Dude you might have something going on there.
