Random Fail: First World Problems

My Dad appears to have had a stroke yesterday afternoon. At the moment he's under observation in a cardiac unit because his EKG was giving odd numbers and they thought it'd be the best place to watch him overnight.

His faculties appear fine, the only thing that still seems off is his speech. He's having trouble speaking clearly. I don't know what answers we'll get as time progresses. Hopefully that's the only thing wrong.

Putting together a kitchen island I ordered at work. It's a decent piece once assembled, but it was manufactured in Thailand. So one of the crossbars (bottom support) is missing one of the circular pegs to fit into another piece. It's fairly top heavy, so I'm not comfortable assembling. I hope someone got whipped. I'm mildly aggravated. I'm going to the hardware store tomorrow, but not counting on it. So I might have to wait another week or more to put this goddamn thing together.

Whats interesting is that as upset as I am with him right now I still want to defend him. Like your previous post where you said his fans were "setting themselves up for disappointment". he had just completed the first leg of an absurdly successful and innovative tour, all of his tours are successful and more innovative than the last. And the other idiot talking about the money problems. He's still making 10s of millions a year. He's fine. He's just invested 53 million of his own money in projects. He isn't actually in debt.
