Oh I'm sure she's a cool chick, I wasn't trying to insinuate that she wasn't. Just personally I hate seeing snake bites on women because they would always look so much better without them.

To kinda update the work story:
The district manager and my store manager basically did some research and said "whoops sorry, no one should have told you you can have benefits when you were interviewed". They offered to promote me, but it just means more work in the same position, for 50c more an hour, and a mandatory transfer. Possibly to a store that's a 4 hour drive from where I live. Even longer from my college. Sorry but fifty cents isnt worth the tons of gas i'd be using.

More like they realized they're legally obligated to give you what they offered when they hired you, they didn't want to, and gave you the "choice" of taking that job but making so inconvenient that you quit, or you step down and take the position they really want you for.
You could probably hire a lawyer and sue, but then you'd be "that guy". Lol
