She finally took the advice and did something with herself. I'm hoping.

So I've gotten pretty adjusted weather getting colder and so often still keep a window open most the day and wear little to no cloths around the house just fine. Boss clearly hasn't. So while I'm find sitting in the office at 60 F in shorts he's cold when it's like 65-70 wearing pants and a coat and turning up the heat. Needless to say my body isn't handling our office being kept warmer than it was in the summer when we'd turn the AC on well... especially when I have to frequently go outside where it's literally over 20 degrees colder and would be more if it wasn't such a nice sunny day
You're weird.
60F is cold enough in an office environment to turn on the heat. The temperature in our office is maintained at 70/71. This is what everyone agreed to after much arguing over the thermostat.
This is true was also born in Washington though boss lived there half his life too...
But like I said he turns it on when it's 65-70 and is already wearing a coat. I ended up opening the door because it was 78 in here while he was still wearing a coat. Meanwhile we had AC running when it was 75 in the office a few months ago <.<.
66 is the office temperature.

Lotta people get hot above that shit. You can put stuff on if you're cold. You can't take off beyond a certain level if you're hot.
Shouldn't sit around all day anyways. Get up and walk around once an hour or so (my stupid fitness watch has really helped make this fairly consistent). Makes a bigger difference with your health and keeping up your circulation/warmth than you'd think. Also keeps your butt from getting as sore lol. Or I like to go up and down our stairs a few times since a lot of time I'm busy and can only spare a couple minutes
I agree but when you're right under the fucking vent that is either hot or cold as balls drives me crazy. I also get sick stupidly easily so not a fan. I like the cold but not when my hands are freezing most my shift.
I'm actually pretty certain I'm developing tail bone issues due to my sedentary job. Never had these issues before but last 6 months or so my tailbone kills by noon. I'm using a cushion now to try and elevate plus ibuprofen but still hard as fuck to stand at all. I get up at least once an hour but hasn't helped much.
I got garmin vivosmart. It does sleep tracking too and has blue tooth to connect to phone and shit or the chest heart rate monitor I got with it. Been pretty good for what I need and has a lot more functionality/customization than I really use. Biggest problem I've had was the edges of the OLED have kind of worn out and don't shine that well. But my looks online suggest that isn't a common problem so maybe I shouldn't have been wearing it on all my bumpy bike rides to and from work.
Also got a fitbit charge HR but in true first world fail style my parents got it for me for my birthday when I had gotten the garmin a few months earlier for huge cyber Monday savings. But it stays unopened in my desk because parents didn't want me to return it and the garmin model was slightly superior (plus fitbit was getting sued over how terribad the HR monitoring is) and I already had Garmin connect account online to track activities and such since my bike gps was also garmin brand
There's tons of all kinds of crazy ones out there though that fit all kinds of needs so best to really research to see which ones have the features you really want/need and how accurate they are. Hell even saw one you wear around your neck that has earbuds that will actually do crazy stuff like tell you to work out or take it easy or beware bad weather lol. And pick music from your library that you like that has a BPM to help match the heartrate it has you targeting at that point in your workout
