Yeah they hoping I can get to smaller doses in a few months but who knows. I mean D is one of the few vitamins I choose food based on cause hardly anyone gets enough and mushrooms are bae. Try to shy away from all the pills as that is generally a money pit but looks like I might have to try some.

Vit D is actually a hormone, which is why it's especially important more so than vitamins. Zinc picolinate worth it tho, snag u some only $.08/day.

I do:
Vit D3
Zinc
L-Arginine
Fish Oil

And added lately.
Saw Palmetto
Pumpkin Seed Oil
Biotin

After a month+ your hair will be thick as a god damn wolfman with the last 3. Know a bunch of people who have had more luck with those 3 than minoxidal/rogaine for all the hairloss folk on here. The zinc also helps with hair.
