My brain has played a cruel trick on me. Last night I had a dream in which I was back at the middle school/high school age. In the dream, I was sick with a fever and my mother was taking me to the doctor. At some point during that dream, I woke up, and my body was FREEZING. I assume my brain tricked my body into thinking I actually did have a fever. It's 75 degrees and I still have chills. Nothing I could do could stop it. I put on several layers, and used three blankets, but still spent the rest of the night shivering. And it has continued today at work. Still shivering with the chills at noon. Make it stoppppp.

Pretty bad storms/tornadoes rolled through overnight and into today. I'm fine but my power is out and now I'm debating whether to spend my limited phone battery life to stream the NFC and AFC Championship games.

Tell me about it. Fucking rain and cold for almost two weeks straight has me more tense than ever with ongoing pain. Doesn't help due to my surgeries for carpal tunnel and a broken foot I couldn't afford surgery on I'm having early arthritis symptoms.

Same for me right now, a ceiling beam is getting waterlogged and dripping down inside the front door.

Worst part is, since it's a shared roof, I have to submit the request for the HOA to have an inspector look/fix it, THEN I can repair any interiors.

Luckily the drip is minor, but that's gonna cause ceiling damage fast if they drag their feet.

Caught my shoulder on the alcove under the staircase whilst stepping around a box on the floor this morning and now it feels fucked. Annoying as it's my stronger arm and whilst I don't need to lift full-time at work, I do need to occasionally lift 60-110lbs to show trainees how to do things and I get the feeling that could be an issue

Got to see the Katt Williams comedy tour tonight, the show was honestly really funny, but a small part of my childhood is ruined because his surprise guest comedian was Mark Curry aka Mr. Cooper from "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper". He said very lewd (but funny) things.

Don't know if this is a fail or win. A month ago I tweeted at Pieology due to bad customer service and wanted to bring it up to corporate as it's been an ongoing thing at a location near me. Twitter rep said they would get back to me, just needed my e-mail. Gave it to them, waited a month and nothing. Re-tweeted them, they said they would forward it to corporate and promptly blocked me on Twitter. Didn't even swear or anything.

CS take notes, it appears if you want to get under a customer service rep's skin for shitty service, you actually have to be polite to them to piss them off, not cuss them out lol.
