Lost my footing having a shower in the bath this morning and scraped my knee down the side of the bath. Got a lovely bruise all down the side of my knee and it's swollen.

Tell a guy we will be there 1 to 3 calls at 1:15 asking why we aren't there yet and demanding we somehow skip ahead to him and do him now because he has plans to do other things.

Been getting a crazy amount of Unknown phone calls the past few days. Hesitant to pick up because I don't want it to be some crazy ex trying to tell me I'm the baby daddy.

we get this all the time. I make a point to explain to customers that our appointments are windows. "Just to make clear, that's the appointment window, so the technician will arrive between blah and blah." Takes me about 3 seconds and saves the call center from some angry dicklord calling in cos he thinks his tech is 15 minutes late.

Oh we tell them. We even explain why we have them and how given the fact we are driving thru a couple different counties with dozens of stops and dealing with traffic we aren't even 100% guaranteeing a 2 hour window (we normally do 4 or even 8 lol) but will try to our best. They still call in anyways... some of them even call before the appointment window. Those are the funny ones "you said you'd be here between x and y and it's 30 before x why aren't you here yet...." um dude you just answered your own question

Probably more likely phone scammers. If the fuckers don't have the decency to show their number, shit can go to voicemail.

Oh customers give no fucks. We set appointments to meet with their advisors and even in the fucking emails it says this time is reserved to MEET WITH YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR. So of course people just show up early , late then get pissed off they have to wait. Well no shit because you and everyone else are so fucking entitled you can't be bothered to keep your appointment time which backs everything up. I tell people straight up now you're welcome to come in but expect an extended wait because those with scheduled appointments ahead of you will take priority however we will assist you as quickly as possible. Of course they claim we tell them otherwise even when the phone calls are recorded..

I just hate entitlement that anyone's time is more important.

Customer calls us to come to their house at a specific time. We show gates closed. We call she's like I thought it was later in the day I wont be home till way later. Do another stop down the road and on the way back into town there she is in her yard doing yard work...
