Some people yes but not my direct supervisors thankfully as they are actually pretty decent.

But sales tends to put all pertinent info in the subject which is fine especially when searching for said email they claim we never responded to but not so much when trying to get shit done.

The highest paid/highest sales individuals at the dealership have the absolute worst shit communication skills but they keep me employed. Sigh.

This is pretty much every day working in IT. People whose jobs it is to use computers ask some of the most basic questions.

Tried booking my vacation trip on Orbitz last night and my bank's fraud protection kicked in while it was processing. Orbitz fails to complete booking and shoves me back to their home screen. The hotel charge was immediately refunded but the charge for one of the flights is still sitting on my account despite not actually having a ticket or a receipt or anything. Now I've gotta figure out who I need to call to get my 900 dollars back. Blind optimism tells me it'll randomly be refunded to me within a day or two because I didn't actually finish buying anything but that's probably the biggest fail.

Was it a debit transaction? That stuff gets flagged so easily now. Though typically credit card companies will allow it but text you asking if this purchase was yours like Chase and Capital One. I hope it gets resolved easily.

It was Debit through Chase. They sent me the text and I confirmed it was me but Orbitz had already been blocked from booking my return flight so it scrapped the whole thing on their end.

I find it better if possible to pay by actual credit card then just pay the balance off immediately after it posts to avoid such. Same with any travel incidentals - never give your debit card even if you plan to pay cash just use a credit card then pay it off ASAP.

Fucker on Ebay issued a charge back from a Steam key I sold on 11/20/16. Of course Paypal sides with them. Cherry on top is I also got charged a $20 fee.

I love Orbitz for hotel deals but that's the only thing I'll ever book through it. I don't trust third parties with airline or whole trip package deals.
