When I had CC debt, I used to balance transfer back-n-forth from card to card as they would randomly offer 6-12 month low interest deals on transfers.

Gotta work the system to your advantage.

Since we're talking about credit already, I am always baffled by the credit cards that require you to pay an annual fee. Like why? Why would I pay a fee to keep that credit card when there's tons out there that offer no fee. And like I get they might be attached to some good rewards program but usually the amount of money you'd have to spend to cover the annual fee is pretty high.

depends on the benefits. Usually the sign up bonus is worth way more than the annual fee so you can cancel after a year and come out ahead. My united card which I've kept open since 2011 more than pays for itself off one round trip flight with my wife. we travel multiple times per year.

I've really gotta move somewhere without snow. So sick of driving in this shit. Got stuck behind a snow plow, he wasn't getting anything off the road and just creating mini whiteouts with all the snow blowback.

I hate small parking lots where all it takes is one person to park like an asshole to cause a chain reaction of other people being forced to park like assholes to where the entire lot ends up 3 or 4 spaces short.

Our apartment is similar except we all have assigned parking spots or garages. The issue arises that visitors and multiple people living in said 1-2 bedroom apartments often have multiple vehicles and it's not designed that way. This place was likely built in the 50's/60's when most people had one car at most. So typically on weekends the two designated spots up front for "new tenants/tours " are taken up along with blocking the trash compactors which can lead to worse issues. The shitty part is there's really no way to expand said parking so even those who legally live here with multiple vehicles have to hope they can make it work.

Whole foods got new Halo top flavors which is a win but I got some and trying peanut butter cup and it's pretty meh which is super sad because I love that type of flavor normally

Started having an occasional cough and cold symptoms last week , woke up in middle of night with full on sore scratchy throat, nose stuffed up and sinus pressure and migraine from hell accompanied by nausea. Just perfect.

Cookie dough and red velvet pretty good but are higher calorie ones. Oddly vanilla is my fav of the lower cal ones
