Civilized people realize that mayo is a smokescreen. Those that are silly enough to like it eat it instead of japanese mayo. Those that are put off by it never try japanese mayo because they don't like mayo.

Mayo is for fat people. That's a fact.
i just feel sorry for you people
Spent like 2 months looking for a new place to live. Finally picked one out and did all the application last week and got approved today with a move in date of 2 weeks. Told housemate of what he needs at move-in and he replies 'That's fine but what if I'm having second thoughts'.
Beyond fucking pissed. Partly because I have spent ridiculous amounts of time looking at places but mainly because I never needed him in the first place. I had only been looking at 2 bedroom places because he's a friend and I knew he'd be fucked (or have to get a place in the ghetto) without me to split bills with.
Like I can comfortably afford to live by myself so money isn't an issue. But the thought of either paying an extra $500 a month for a 2 bedroom I don't need or beginning the search fresh for 1 bedroom places is making me incredibly annoyed. Also having to talk my way out of the place we agreed to rent doesn't sound appealing either, especially as they have been super nice throughout the entire process (their 1 bedrooms are stupidly expensive so not an option to switch).
He said he'd let me know in the morning but even if he's still in it makes me wary down the line if he decides to move out before the lease is up. I didn't put his name on the lease because he has really shitty credit (like 500 bad) and I wasn't sure if that would jack up the security deposit (my credit is like 780 so they only asked for 250 deposit).
His credit is so bad because his wife is stupid with money, which is why he's leaving her in the first place.
Edit: The reason I'm moving is because I'm doing a trial separation from my wife so it's already a stressful situation.
Jeez man. That fucking sucks.
that's shitty.
but hey, if you go forward and he leaves down the road, you said you can comfortably afford this place without him, right? so you either find a new place, give your notice, etc, or have an extra bedroom. extra bedrooms are nice. could set it up to host guests, or as a hobby room, or something like that.
silver lining and all that. doesn't make the cloud any less cloudy, just saiyan.
That's a super shitty situation I'm sorry to hear. Fucking stupid people.
One of my friends works for a realtor so shot her a text and asked if there's any decent 1 bedroom places she knows of. Will see what she can find tomorrow when she gets to work.
The only positive is that me and my wife are on good terms so I can take as long as I need to find a place, I just thought the search was over.
So going on vacation soon decided to check Southwest out mostly to line up with my gfs flight and they got this offer for their cc that comes with a bunch of bonus miles and a $200 off of initial flight purchase... gotta pay the yearly fee right away but still come out ahead. Go thru that and get approved right away hurray. Go to check out and it automatically enters the info and bam hit ok. Only then I noticed somehow going to the cc deal changed the dates of the flights and I didn't noticed because they ended up having the exact same layovers, flight times, durations and even flight numbers... so had to go back and change it which added to the cost. Still coming out ahead with the cc but fuck not by much anymore.
Also they didn't have any option to do a multi trip with return flight so had to do a 2 stop one then a one way back home. Get your shit together man. Don't say multi stop and then only have the option for 1 more and no return
To add my own shitty roommate story, my POS roommate still owes me Jan/Feb rent which he claims will be paid to me with his tax return. On top of that shit sandwich, if I don't get that money by Wednesday I'm going to have to cancel a trip I had been planning since November because I wouldn't be able to afford the trip and also pay rent on March 1st. If this shit ass makes me cancel my trip I am going to be hella salty and kicking his ass out.
Arrived at work today and checked my online time sheet and my manager did NOTHING to fill out my sick time/vacation hours. If I hadn't checked and entered myself I wouldn't be paid next week. They were here all last week and I communicated everything but never got responses. Seriously wtf people.
wake up, turn the faucet, no water
WELL THEN.
God I hate people that plan on paying for things that are already due with tax money. Pay your shit on time and feel happy about the "extra" money from the taxes. Or really any incoming money. Shit stop living next paycheck to next paycheck. Had a roommate do that ended up not paying the like last 6 months of his half of rent and we kept getting internet and electricity turned off because he'd take the half I'd pay him to pay it and not do jack with it... and dude had a few more years in and outranked me so definitely made decently more
Seriously this is a rampant issue I can't understand. I touched in it in the tax thread but in some facebook groups people already freaking out they have kids to support or themselves and spent too much on holidays or other luxuries expecting their return and now are facing eviction due to delays.
WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU.
Go donate plasma and blood , go sell some shit , stop buying Starbucks or whatever. Cut out cable , etc but dare to suggest any of that and they can't live..fucking idiots. And those kids I do feel bad for because they can't help the situation.
I've spent more and more time reflecting on how much "stuff" I have that I don't need more of and have been selling clothes I never wear/got too big due to weight loss. There's always solutions or some type of sacrifice to be made the issue is I think many are too lazy and/or stupid.
I took 3 online classes having only taken one ever several years ago that I googled an A out of. I hate it and I'm going to have to drop one of them. Wife is going to go berserk lol.
Online classes are terrible.
Yeah. It's not all that bad only a W but I just cant keep up. Problem is my work schedule is Thurs/Fri/Sat 6am-6pm and it's nearly impossible to take on-site classes anymore.
Asked out payroll department to give me break downs of checks because they are paying the guys $.06/hr less than they should be according to the city. She hands me a huge packet and says "is this okay now? I don't want to go back to this." My reply to her was "are we paying them $.06 less than they say we should be?" She says that we're paying more than they're asking. I tell her that if we're paying more then we're okay, but I'll have to look through the information.
We're paying $.06/hr less than we should be according to everything she gave me which means that I won't be able to bill around $500k until she fixes her shit.
